Actually L’Oreal has been on a mission a lot longer than Saycoffee to become more responsible and sustainable. Saycoffee came into the loop was when L'Oréal was looking to expands its sustainability activities in the hair-dressing salons by offering sustainably sourced coffee to customers and clients. Saycoffee and L'Oréal then sat down together to make the best tasting coffee that was sustainable and ethically sourced. Saycoffee came up with a coffee range of products that was truly made as a collaborative process.
What Saycoffee has made are the following varieties, all custom-made and specifically designed for L’Oréal.
All of them 100% Organic and Fairtrade certified.
At Saycoffee, we even took it a step further and made a complete universe/website for the products and with an easy accessibility for L’Oréal clients. On the website we have made sure that 2% of all profit will go to charities because we see it as our responsibility to create means for giving back through initiatives that moves us towards a better tomorrow, with respect towards our communities and the environment. What we are supporting and donating to are the following three charity:
Forests can both absorb CO2 and create sustainable timber and function as a home for biodiversity at the same time. EcoTree plants trees which stands in selected forests. Here it will contribute to the climate and the animals of the forest.
