Actually L’Oréal PPD (professional products division) and Saycoffee shares a lot of beliefs and goals to become a more Responsible & Sustainable business. Actually L’Oreal PPD has been on a mission a lot longer than Saycoffee to become more responsible and sustainable. L'Oréal PPD has in fact been a leader in corporate social responsibility for decades and has taken an assertive leadership role in promoting sustainability. With the help of three key areas - the planet, the people, our products – with multiple initiatives and day-to-day actions to achieve those goals.
L’Oréal has even allocated 150 million euros to address urgent social and environmental needs. 50 million euro is given to charitable endowment fund to support on the ground organizations and local charities helping highly vulnerable women. On the environmental level, L’Oréal have decided to dedicate 100 million euros to impact investing. Now that’s dedication!
Saycoffee came into the loop was when L'Oréal was looking to expands its sustainability activities in the hair-dressing salons by offering sustainably sourced coffee to customers and clients. Saycoffee and L'Oréal PPD then sat down together to make the best tasting coffee that was sustainable and ethically sourced. Saycoffee came up with a coffee range of products that was truly made as a collaborative process.
What Saycoffee has made are the following varieties, all custom-made and specifically designed for L’Oréal PPD

At Saycoffee, we even took it a step further and made a complete universe/website for the products and with an easy accessibility for L’Oréal clients. On the website we have made sure that 2% of all profit will go to charities because we see it as our responsibility to create means for giving back through initiatives that moves us towards a better tomorrow, with respect towards our communities and the environment. What we are supporting and donating to are the following three charity:
EcoTree
Forests can both absorb CO2 and create sustainable timber and function as a home for biodiversity at the same time. EcoTree plants trees which stands in selected forests. Here it will contribute to the climate and the animals of the forest.
The Ocean Cleanup
The Ocean Cleanup is a non-profit organization developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic. The Ocean Cleanup is developing cleanup systems that can clean up the floating plastics caught in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch.

A meal a day is a new community that help to give the homeless and socially disadvantaged in Denmark a meal every day. A meal a day is Danish Hus Forbi's new network for companies for whom food and the meal matter.
