The aristocrat of coffee
Coffee beans India, Uganda, Colombia and Brazil.
This coffee utilizes a natural sundrying process to prevent the cherries from spoiling. The process, which can take 3-6 weeks normally is more traditional and takes place throughout the day where they are raked and turned. The Italian Espresso has origins in India, Uganda, Colombia and Brazil. The beans from Indian origin tend to be heavy with a creamy mouthfeel and low acidity while Colombian coffee can have jammy flavors that are fruity or dark fruits like blackberry.
